Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is to set out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product whose qualities and sale price are stated below, ordered electronically by the buyer through the seller’s website.

3. Product and payment

The type, quantity, sale price and payment method of the product are as stated on the order page. VAT and shipping are included in the sale price; no separate shipping fee is charged to the buyer.

Payment is made by the method chosen during the order (bank transfer/EFT or cash on delivery).

4. Delivery

After the order is confirmed, the product is delivered by the contracted carrier to the address given by the buyer. The delivery period is at most 30 days from the confirmation of the order.

5. Right of withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

Notice of withdrawal can be sent to bilgi@biyoderm.com. Where the right of withdrawal is used, the price is refunded within 14 days of the returned product reaching the seller.

6. Cases where the right of withdrawal cannot be used

Under the applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for single-use products or for hygiene and cosmetic products whose packaging has been opened. Biyoderm products whose packaging, seal or protective cap has been opened therefore cannot be returned.

7. Disputes

In disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the buyer’s place of residence are competent, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
