Privacy Notice (KVKK)

Data controller

Under Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by CES Tıbbi Ürünler İç ve Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (Orhun Mahallesi, Kümeevleri Sokak, Gökçeköy Sitesi, No:6, Etimesgut / ANKARA) as data controller, within the scope explained below.

Personal data processed

Order form: name and surname, phone number, e-mail address, delivery address and city/district, your order note and the contents of your order.Contact form: name and surname, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.Technical data: IP address and browser information at the moment the form is sent, only to prevent abuse and unwanted submissions.

Purposes and legal grounds

Your order data is processed to receive, confirm, prepare, ship and invoice your order, on the grounds of KVKK art. 5/2-c (necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract) and art. 5/2-ç (legal obligation).

Your contact form data is processed to answer your enquiry, on the ground of KVKK art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest).

Transfer of personal data

Your personal data is never sold to third parties. It is shared, limited to the purposes above, with the infrastructure provider hosting the site, our e-mail service provider and the contracted carrier delivering your order. Where there is a legal obligation it may be shared with authorised public bodies.

Retention period

Order and invoice records are kept for 10 years as required by law. Contact form records are kept for at most 2 years and are deleted at the end of that period.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad, to request correction if it is incomplete or wrong, to request its deletion or destruction, and to claim compensation for damage.
