Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free on all orders; the shipping cost is included in the product price.

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days after they are confirmed. The delivery time may vary depending on your region.

Return conditions

You can return the product within 14 days of receiving it.

• The packaging must be unopened and the seal and protective cap undamaged.
• As this is a hygiene and cosmetic product, items whose packaging has been opened cannot be returned.
• The product must be sent back with its invoice and all accessories.

Damaged or wrong product

Please check the parcel before accepting it if you believe it was damaged in transit. For damaged or wrongly sent products the shipping cost is ours and the exchange is free of charge.

Return process

Send your return request to bilgi@biyoderm.com or call +90 312 265 04 06. Once it is approved, send the product with the contracted carrier. Your refund is made within 14 days of the product reaching us.
